Illuminated Leader is a bespoke private 1:1 mentorship with Lotus Sky.
The container, its exact contents, and the approach is highly personalized. The structure of the mentorship is a co-creation. Mentees receive an initial session and energetic attunement with Lotus Sky where a blueprint and roadmap is developed based on the intentions, energetics, visions, and desired results.
This mentorship container may be a combination of (but is not limited to) one-to-one sessions, immersive experiences, on-call guidance, personalized recorded soundscapes, guided visualizations, and private in-person retreats at exotic destinations around the world.

Is the Illuminated Leader mentorship right for me?

Live. Illuminated Leader happens in-person and virtual through live meetings, sacred journeys and immersions with Lotus Sky. In addition, by being in a private mentorship with Lotus Sky, you will have access to resources and training in her other containers, which contain pre-recorded content to support you.
In person experiences are designed and guided by Lotus Sky, and can happen anywhere in the world. Some locations have been in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Arizona, and California. Included with your mentorship is a Sacred Journey - an initiatory in-person immersion in a location channeled and suggested by Lotus Sky based on your energetics and ultimately decided by you both. Beyond that, in-person training and retreats are dependent on the design of the mentorship between you and Lotus Sky.
All Illuminated Leader mentorships happen with Lotus Sky. Often, Lotus Sky will bring in special guests, specialized teachers, as well as master teachers and elders of the medicine path to contribute towards the guidance and development.
Start times will vary. The mentorship is a journey of months, and when to begin that journey is up to each individual and Lotus Sky to decide. Currently Lotus Sky is accepting applications for mentorships beginning in the Fall of 2021.
Illuminated Leader is not a one-size fits all journey, the cost is dependent on the duration and recommended course of action required to fulfill the intentions and goals of the individual.. If you are interested in 1-1 work, you can schedule a call with the link below.
The experience is a private journey into the deeper layers of yourself. Out of respect for your privacy, Lotus Sky does not introduce Illuminated Leaders to each other.. That said, Lotus Sky may provide you access to the other group containers or experiences (e.g. Earth Warrior Mastermind) if it is desired and aligned by you to support your journey. On occasion, spouses, friends, colleagues, and other people in your life may be invited to participate in the work with Lotus Sky, but for the most part the mentorship does not involve other people directly.
Lotus Sky’s approach to development combines diverse perspectives and tools, including (but not limited to) shamanic wisdom traditions, executive leadership coaching, sound attunements, neuro-programming, and life design. The teachings you receive are focused on three areas: personal development, spiritual development, and professional development.
Each sacred journey with Lotus Sky - is unique. As such,the retreats, ceremonies, and experiences will differ depending on your needs and what is required at the time. For the most part, the work is based on the medicine path and transformational work, and will involve communion with yourself and nature in a safe, beautiful, and supported way. Your wellness, self-care, reflection, and rest is also at the heart of the work experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to step out of the day-to-day routine to take care of your mind, body, and spirit held lovingly by Lotus Sky and her guides. Not only do these rites of passages transform your Inner World, they also shift the trajectory of your life, open and illuminate your path, and create quantum shifts in what is possible for you.
What makes working with Lotus Sky different is that she is a channel for music, movement, and sound as “vibrational medicine”. The soundscapes and music Lotus Sky channels initiate new beginnings, perspective shifts, deep energetic and subtle body healing healing, spiritual attunement and connection. During the mentorship Lotus Sky creates custom channeled music for each of her mentees as another vehicle to support the process and results; they not only serve as a spiritual healing tool but also psychologically creates a mental anchor to your breakthrough moments.
